Beautiful place, excellent service food and staff were amazing. very tentative to your needs, inside and outside the place is gorgeous including the rest rooms. Went to a wedding there the bartender was great excellent personality. Highly recommend this facility to everyone. 👍

My niece had a cheerleading banquet here and I was so blown away when I stepped in. This is one of the best event centre I’ve been to in Connecticut. This place is elegant from the entrance to even the restroom. The food was good and staffers were so polite and courteous. The place is so massive that I had to ask one of the staffers the seating capacity and she said the floor takes about 500. There’s something regal and majestic about this place that can only be experienced when you visit. There’s also wheelchair accessible entrance and parking.

What a disaster! This place was worse than a low budget cruise ship buffet. I went for Easter and they had people lining up at the entrance for 25minutes before being seated. Once seated the space felt very humid. I asked for a bellini and the glass brought to me had LIPSTICK ON IT!! I felt grossed out before even seeing the food. When we went to grab food at the buffet they had two different stations with the same food but they grouped it all in the middle of the room. It was so chaotic! I would suggest to whoever is running the place to consider having different stations at opposite sides of the room to avoid looking unorganized. Perception is everything! Now the food…. Massed produced and forgettable. This place is labeled as FINE CATERING. The waiters don’t even present themselves as FINE…with loud neon blue eyeshadow. Again perception is everything! There has to be uniformity all waiters should follow hair and accessories protocol if you want to be considered FINE CATERING. We were seater in the covered porch/solarium. A waiter kept coming in and out of a door that was placed not even a foot away from where my husband was sitting which caused him to move his chair every time the waiter came by. If the door is going to be used throughout the day, then don’t sit your patrons…especially a table of 8 just inches away from it.
